Obesity in America

 Shalom!  Let's talk obesity.   We currently have an epidemic in the usa 🇺🇸 with obesity.   People do not want to acknowledge that.   I think of the young kids, and how theyre already obese!   And when people say, put yourself in their shoes, well my parents wouldn't have ever allowed it to become a problem like that!    People get offended when I call their problems out on their size, however - actual elephant in the room!   And we're NOT talking the, "the fat," guy from FULL METAL JACKET fat.   As THAT'S today's slim!   I'm talking the WALL-E fat.   The in previous years wouldve been sideshow fat.  AND WE'VE NORMALIZED THIS.  I tell them, I changed my life from being a street level (aka not societal functioning) heroin addict 26 years ago, faced tribulations of epic proportions since (the trafficking of one of my kids BY the court themselves) AND STILL I CHANGED.  Via d...

 Hola!  It's been awhile, and I hope this finds everyone well and or, WORKING towards their wellness.  2022 IS coming up and it should and shall be the beginning of not only a New, Free World.  However truly it should BE the beginning of a New, Free You.  So, I've been going through it.   As you know if you've read this site, the husband has is asymptomatic of bulbar ALS.  Meaning; he has all of the symptoms of bulbar ALS however, nothing registers ON the needles test.  And hes been diagnosed as this since Feb 2013.   Weve come to a head within our relationship as many of the causes behind his physical impediments HE CAUSED.  And as such, he was teaching these traits to our son.  Leading him into a life of dependence.  And that dependence would be on me (a parent's goal, imho, should always be to teach your child to HAVE THE ABILITY to stand on their own two feet.  No matter what.  Even the UK's former page ...

Transylvanian Sunrise

I'm currently teaching four wellness classes over the course of eight weeks with my son's homeschool co-op, and within my syllabus, I added as recommended reading the book, Transylvanian Sunrise, by Radu Cinamar (link to PDF version of the book below), and I would like to share why. The book, whether fiction or non, is of moot point, distinction.  Because what is important within the book is it shows just how powerful the human being can be, and WHY the knowledge of that power has been kept on an information lock down, away from us.  It shows that we are, being intentionally deceived.  By who, whom, not that it matters, as the KEY is to UNDERSTANDING that deception, and walking the other way.  To the LIGHT, truth, etc. We cannot change anyone or thing really, other than ourselves. Following v Not Following: I'm Beginning to Understand the Rage

Hi Everyone! Recently, after rejoining facebook, I decided to look into the possibility of joining a group for those caring for, and or living with ALS (in his papers, it does state; bulbar ALS symptoms specifically), because sometimes, as empathetic, and sympathetic I am, it can be difficult. Case in point; The other night, he had decided to order dinner.  He asked me where I'd like to order from, but being as I can find something ANYWHERE, he's the picky eater, I said, "You choose." Preceding convo below; Husband: let's order from Farm Fresh Cafe Me: OK H: look at the menu.  I'm ordering a burger. M (after looking): OK.  I'll have a tuna wrap. H: forget it.  I thought you'd get a turkey burger. So, no dinner delivered that night. I half expected it, because he's always doing stuff like that. He does all of the food ordering when online but if it has to be called in, I have to.  IF I regulate that job to my 17 yr old, and he overh...
